Job Responsibilities • Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to track and analyze cloud security sales performance across worldwide markets • Create comprehensive data reports synthesizing information from multiple sources to support executive business reviews • Conduct sales performance analysis and provide data-driven insights to optimize revenue generation and opportunity closure processes • Compile monthly program execution updates across global initiatives for leadership review and strategic decision-making • Track and measure return on investment for pilot programs targeting small and medium enterprise and channel segments • Coordinate and manage partner meeting and event schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups • Design and implement data cubes and advanced Excel models for complex business analysis • Synthesize complex data into clear, concise, and impactful recommendations for senior leadership • Support long-term strategic planning processes through financial analysis and performance metric development • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales operations, channel partners, marketing, and engineering to drive business growth • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and transaction controls to identify potential overruns and recommend solutions • Maintain project management processes including goals, deadlines, metrics, and documentation of business processes Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, information technology, or related business field required • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in business analysis or related field • Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and data analysis • Minimum 5-10 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience including data cube development • Minimum 5-10 years of experience with data mining and data summarization • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI dashboard development and management • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities including data cube development and complex data manipulation • Strong data mining and analytical skills with ability to summarize data in meaningful ways • Knowledge of cloud product sales performance tracking and metrics • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders • Superior program and project management abilities to coordinate multiple high-stakes deliverables simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across global time zones • Strategic planning and resource allocation expertise • Ability to synthesize complex information into succinct, actionable recommendations • Proven collaboration skills with ability to build and leverage networks to achieve results • Resilience and grace under pressure in fast-paced, dynamic environments • SQL and database query capabilities • Accounting and mathematical principles application to business analysis Additional Details • Location: Remote • Duration: 4 months • Pay Range • : $55.50 - $63 per hour • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours • Job Status: Non-Exempt • Application Deadline: Apply within 72 hours of the posting date to ensure consideration.
