Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and Oracle CPQ to support our Lead‐to‐Order (L2O) processes, global deployments, and operational excellence initiatives. This role will partner closely with cross‐functional teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to drive system enhancements, ensure data integrity, and maintain a compliant, scalable technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and optimize Salesforce CRM, including configuration, data management, security model oversight, workflows, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Support and configure Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) to streamline quote‐to‐order processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with pricing, discounting, and approval structures.
• Assist with data migration planning and execution across Salesforce, CPQ, and integrated systems.
• Conduct audit, compliance, and governance checks, ensuring adherence to internal controls and external regulatory standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements for platform enhancements.
• Support global L2O processes by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and integration teams to troubleshoot data inconsistencies, optimize automations, and support connected tools (e.g., middleware, analytics platforms).
• Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, and system configuration records.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and sign‐off for new system features and releases.
Required Qualifications & Certifications
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
Preferred Certifications
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist
Experience Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working in Salesforce and CPQ environments.
• Strong understanding of Lead‐to‐Order (L2O) processes, including global or multi‐region implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ configuration and quote‐to‐order workflows.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and practices.
• Exposure to integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proven ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
