TITLE: Business Analyst - Curam LOCATION: Washington, DC/Remote MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 16 years INTERVIEWS: Webcam Only Job Description: The client is looking for a 16+ years of experience. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Complete Description: The contractor shall be customer service oriented, have strong team and interpersonal skills, and ability to multi-task when required. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills are a mandatory requirement. As a Business Analyst (Curam), you will be responsible for assessing current challenges, partnering with leadership to help develop strategic plans and initiatives to address priorities, identifying change opportunities and recommending supporting initiatives, planning and leading workshops for gap analysis and training sessions. The Analyst will be required to analyze, validate and support implementation of requirements for projects from inception to conclusion. Evaluate current processes and recommend areas for improvement, optimization, development and or maintenance through analyzing system performance, known system issues, existing documentation, and supporting technology related to business processes. The incumbent will become an integral part of the Team, making every problem associated to the platform a problem of their own and will demonstrate the required initiative and critical thinking abilities necessary to resolve all problems and challenges accordingly. Skills: · 16+ yrs BA experience. Required 16 Years · 16+ yrs Software Development Lifecycle experience. Required 16 Years · 16+ yrs requirements gathering and documentation. Required 16 Years · 16+ yrs MS Office/PowerPoint experience. Required 16 Years · Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required · Working knowledge of writing functional, technical and performance requirements in software development environment. Required 5 Years · Possess excellent communication and writing skills. Required 5 Years · Experience with Data Analysis Tools and Technologies, such as IBM Knowledge Center Bus Analysis Guide; Curam Data Dictionary. Required 5 Years · Possess hands on Systems/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience. Required 16 Years · Experience in producing deliverable quality documents. Required 4 Years · Professional experience with MS Office applications, MS Project and Visio. Required 6 Years · Professional exp. With Curam software V6 or higher. Required 3 Years · PM experience in Change and Release management disciplines related to testing, updating and integrating hardware and software technologies. Nice to have 2 Years · Experience working with Microstrategy, HP Exstream, Tableau, Curam, JIRA and Salesforce. Nice to have 2 Years · Proven experience with driving functional design sessions.
