US Business Analyst - Cybersecurity Risk reporting Location: Dallas, TX Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — onsite 2–3x/week Contract Details • Position Type: Contract • Contract Duration: 1 year (with possibility of extension and conversion to FTE) • Pay Rate: $45.00–$50.00 / Hour (USD) • Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; standard 37.5 hrs/week (possible overtime) • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Job Summary The hiring manager is an Information Security Senior Manager within the Office of the U.S. CISO. The team is responsible for metric review and analysis and reporting for Cybersecurity risks for the bank. This includes vulnerability management, analysis of these accounts, and diving into the data that supports these accounts. The selected candidate will be managing reporting related to metric management. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills within the organization. The bank is expanding rapidly regionally, which allows for a lot of growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Working closely with stakeholders to collect data points and information • Review and test data points • Challenge and take corrective action to clean up data • Automate and support current processes and suggest enhancement ideas • Gather requirements from business units and prepare reporting • Create and present decks to VP/SVP executives, board of directors, and regulators Required Skills • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Time management skills • Attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Skills • PowerBI experience • SQL experience • Previous experience working on technical projects • Previous experience working with AI Education Requirements • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business Management or related field Required Experience • 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst (preferably within cyber technology and risk) • 4 years of experience preparing reports using Excel (intermediate level — pivot tables, etc.) • 4 years of experience creating presentation decks and presenting to senior-level executives (PowerPoint) • 3 years of experience with data analysis using large sets of data • 2 years of experience with project management (not looking for a PM, but must have managed projects) Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate would have strong communication skills and Business Analyst experience on technical projects. The candidate would have extensive experience creating reports, as this role will involve doing that for most of their time.
