Role description
Iris's Direct client, an American global financial services and bank holding company is looking to hire a Business Analyst - Capital Markets.
This role will be Hybrid in Boston, MA (4 days a week in office).
Long Term Contract / Full Time with Iris.
Job Description / Requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate complex workflows into clear functional and data requirements
• Perform business data analysis using SQL
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Support Agile delivery, including ceremonies, testing, UAT, and deployments
• Review functional designs, test cases, and solution outputs
• Capital markets experience (collateral management a plus)
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments (equities, fixed income - Bonds, derivatives)
• Expertise in fixed income trade lifecycle and trading platforms
• Hands-on experience with trade booking and execution systems
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of databases and ETL concepts
• Agile experience; proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
