Job Title: Sr Business Analyst .NET-based enterprise applications Location: Port Arthur, TEXAS- HYBRID Client: Veolia Experience: 12 to 15 yrs Sr Business Analyst – .NET & Microsoft Technologies About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with 12–15 years of experience in .NET-based enterprise applications, who possesses exceptional communication skills and proven customer-facing experience in a global software MNC environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring delivery of high-quality, business-aligned applications for enterprise clients. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Management • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. • Translate business needs into functional specifications for .NET-based enterprise applications. • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies for new features or system enhancements. • Define clear acceptance criteria and work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Customer Engagement & Communication • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. • Conduct requirement workshops, product demos, and solution walkthroughs for enterprise customers, especially in global settings. • Build trusted relationships with key customer representatives to understand business priorities and drive solution adoption. Collaboration & Delivery Support • Work closely with architects, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately. • Support project managers in planning, estimation, and tracking of requirement-related activities. • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with customers to validate solutions. Domain & Technology Understanding • Leverage strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Azure) to guide solution discussions. • Keep up-to-date with technology trends, best practices, and industry standards relevant to enterprise applications. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Required Skills & Qualifications • 12–15 years of IT experience, with significant exposure to business analysis in .NET-based enterprise applications. • Proven experience in customer-facing roles within a software MNC environment. • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. • Proficiency in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, and workflow diagrams. • Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. • Exposure to global delivery models and working with geographically distributed teams. • Domain expertise in [insert relevant domain if applicable] would be a plus. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Key Competencies • Customer Relationship Management • Strategic and Analytical Thinking • Attention to Detail • Negotiation & Stakeholder Management • Adaptability in a Global Delivery Environment
