Business Analyst/ Data Analyst

Below are the specs for the role: Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months contract with potential extension and FTE conversion Job Description Provide ongoing support for the development and distribution of standard and special communications content Proven project management, organizational change, detail-orientation, and organizational skills with the ability to successfully balance multiple projects and navigate competing priorities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and enhancements Maintain and manage backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Oral and written communication skills and the ability to understand compliance policies and process assigned tasks in accordance with procedures Strong organization, documentation, communication, and presentation skills Bachelor's degree within Finance/Accounting would be preferred, however, we are open to see applications from other studies as we provide an extensive training Banking, product/financial services and/or auditing or compliance experience would be preferred Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Supplier Call Notes (8/25 at 10:30 AM EST): Team sits on the data platform and will work with data-focused stakeholders in the other platforms Supporting 2 Products: Communications and Data Health Dashboard Communications: identifying data and coordinating meetings to discuss internal tools and metrics on various platforms, quarterly newsletters and town halls, etc. and collecting the information and data from the product owner and helping them deliver their message Data Health Dashboard: supporting a product rollout Financial services experience is required due to terminology with other stakeholders Knowledge within Power BI is a plus as they will be working with Power BI teams Knowledge with Confluence and Jira is a plus Onsite 2+ days per week in Pittsburgh during the temporary assignment Conversion to FTE is the ideal scenario if possible 1-2 rounds of interviews (MS Teams video) Click "APPLY" to send your resume for this role or you can send an email to me at shreyash.mohapatra@artech.com .
