Laurel, NJ Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid (in office 1 day per week) Contract Details: • Position Type: Contract • Contract Duration: 6 months • Start: August 25, 2025 • End: February 27, 2026 • Pay Rate: $65 - $75/hr • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Core Business Hours Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in data governance and data lineage to provide technical and analytical support across FCRM data governance and data quality procedures. This role will work closely with senior leads and cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and support governance controls for compliance and risk-related initiatives.Key Responsibilities: • Liaise with data stewards, IT, and business teams to document and develop data quality metrics. • Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with stakeholders. • Monitor adherence to data governance policies, standards, and procedures. • Manage metadata, data cataloging, and automation of data controls. • Provide business-technical support across data governance and risk projects. • Support design and implementation of data quality controls. Required Experience: • Bachelor’s degree. • 5+ years professional experience. • Strong knowledge of data governance and data lineage processes. • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting. • Experience in requirement gathering and reporting. Nice-to-Have Experience: • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure. • Experience in Agile / Jira environments. • Exposure to Tableau for data visualization.
