Title: Business Analyst, Data Governance Industry: Automotive/Tech Location: Foster City, CA Duration: ~6 Months Responsibilities • Build and support data control tower capabilities (dashboards, monitoring, exception management) • Enable cross-system visibility and alignment (PLM ↔ ERP) • Drive AI workstream based on direction from Head-EDG, including identifying use cases, prototyping solutions (agents, copilots, workflows), and partnering with IT/Engineering to scale solutions • Lead and manage EDG and cross-functional programs (scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment) • Drive automation of data workflows and improve data quality and processes Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree with 8–12 years of experience in data, business analysis, program management, or enterprise systems • Experience with SAP and/or PLM (3DX) • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain environments • Experience in AI/ML, automation, or data-driven initiatives, including prototyping use cases • Strong analytical skills with ability to connect data across systems Skills • Business Analyst • Data Governance • Manufacturing Data Control Tower • AI Enablement • Program Management • SAP • PLM • Automation • Data Quality • Stakeholder Management Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius. ref\_id: f38e7dd6-c576-42fe-ac2d-b5c33008e3f1
