Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery through effective project management techniques.
Utilise data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain reports using tools such as R, VBA, and Python to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress.
Perform regular reviews of business processes and recommend improvements based on findings.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and vaticinate potential challenges or opportunities for improvement.
Support the implementation of new systems or processes by providing training and documentation as needed.
Skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R and Python is essential.
Familiarity with project management methodologies to effectively manage timelines and deliverables.
Experience with VBA for automating tasks within Microsoft applications is advantageous.
Knowledge of Bash Unix shell scripting for server management tasks is a plus.
Strong business analysis capabilities to identify needs and propose solutions effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset to approach challenges creatively.
