Job#: 2086034 Job Description: Job Title: Business Analyst- Data & Reporting Job Location: Columbus, OH (Remote) Pay Range: $63/hr-$75/hr Contract Length: 3 Months Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is responsible for identifying reporting needs, eliciting functional requirements, and ensuring application features align with business objectives as it relates to the development and delivery of the Elite platform, a modernized Loan Origination System (LOS) built on the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical acumen, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison with key business partners to identify and address data and reporting needs. Understand business processes which support regulatory, financial and compliance reporting requirements. Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements and use cases for new or enhanced features. Facilitate group sessions to gather requirements, asking targeted questions to uncover detailed needs. Provide data analysis, reporting and consultative support to team members and business partners. Develop and generate special or ad hoc reports to support business decision-making. Track and drive deliverables to completion, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals. Qualifications: Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within a technical or software-driven environment. Familiarity with regulatory, financial and/or compliance reporting standards. Proficiency in creating documentation, workflows, and reports. Solid understanding of the Regional Bank and/or Commercial line of business. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in an onshore/offshore team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of data visualization tools and reporting platforms.
