NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior Business Analyst – Data Sharing Contracts (Healthcare) to join our team for a 9+ month remote contract role. Must be able to work Central time zone. This BA role will support Data Sharing registry/HIE contracts and the Evisort platform. Need to be detail-oriented and technically proficient to support the configuration and optimization of the Evisort platform for identifying, tagging, and managing data sharing contracts. This role is central to our efforts in leveraging AI and language learning models to surface relevant contracts from our broader contracting ecosystem. You will collaborate with legal, compliance, IT, and data governance teams to ensure contract visibility, risk management, and regulatory compliance—particularly around Health Information Exchanges (HIEs), state registries, and other healthcare data-sharing agreements. Role Responsibilities - Train, configure, and iteratively fine-tune the Evisort platform to recognize key terms, clauses, and conditions related to data sharing and HIE agreements Collaborate with legal, compliance, and procurement teams to define and document contractual language, key phrases, and metadata tags Analyze and validate extracted data and metadata for accuracy and completeness Develop automated workflows or reports to support contract visibility and compliance Evaluate feedback and suggest enhancements to improve system performance and tagging precision Partner with SMEs to ensure alignment with evolving regulations and organizational policies Support the development and expansion of a language learning model to identify data-sharing contracts within a large contract management platform Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Contract Analyst, or similar role, preferably in healthcare or health IT 3+ years hands on experience with Evisort or similar contract AI platforms 3+years working with HIEs, data sharing agreements, and HIPAA or similar regulatory frameworks Preferred Qualifications: Experience training or customizing AI/ML models for contract analytics Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems Experience working with healthcare providers, payers, or public health entities Understanding of data governance and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) Familiarity with contract structures and legal terminology related to data sharing Proven ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and IT teams Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Education: Verifiable high school diploma or GED, Bachelors preferred. For this role experience is prioritized over formal education Travel: Minimal; occasional one-off travel may be requested for team workshops or strategy sessions. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
