Business Analyst – Data | SQL | Databricks | Supply Chain

Job Description: The Business Analyst will play a critical role in managing projects from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring the alignment of business objectives and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, supply chain processes, and Agile methodologies, and will be proficient in coordinating with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead projects from requirement gathering through deployment, ensuring all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are followed. • Conduct requirement analysis, document detailed specifications, and facilitate the development and deployment of solutions. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary. • Utilize SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis to support business decisions. • Apply knowledge of data structures and manipulation techniques to interpret complex data sets. • Experience with Databricks or similar platforms is an advantage, but a solid understanding of querying and viewing data is essential. • Possess a basic background in supply chain processes and data structures. • Knowledge of SAP systems and their integration with business processes is a plus. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve supply risk sensing and other supply chain initiatives. • Implement Agile practices and principles within the team. • Utilize tools such as Jira to manage projects, track progress, and report issues. • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure project deliverables are met. • Arrange and facilitate meetings between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and address issues. • Document meeting outcomes, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field. • Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in end-to-end project management. • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data manipulation and analysis. • Basic understanding of supply chain processes and SAP systems. • Experience with Agile methodology, Scrum, and tools like Jira. • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
