Business Analyst

Require Qualification • Bachelor degree in a field related to the job. Experience may substitute for education for up to 4 years. • 4-7 Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or technical environment, working closely with developers, solutions architects, data teams, and their internal customers. • 4-7 Experience designing and developing business process frameworks, including the creation of standardized models, workflows, and governance structures. • 4-7 Familiarity with industry-standard business process mapping tools and methodologies. • 4-7 Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, repeatable business processes that support organizational growth and efficiency. • Hands-on experience in business process development/reengineering, including the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements through technology. • 4-7 Hands-on experience in business process development/reengineering, including the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements through technology. Preferred Qualification • 2+ Experience working with Utility providers (Electric, Water, etc) • 2+ Experience analysing raw data using tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI or similar platforms to support data-driven decision-making. • 2+ Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Google Big Query, • Data bricks) and understanding of how they support analytics and business intelligence, including knowledge of data governance within modern data platforms. • 2+ Working knowledge of data governance principles
