Here's the job details, Business Analyst with Digital Banking and FIS experience Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Rate Range -$60 to $68 hr C2C All Inc or $50 to $55 hr W2 All Inc We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to serve as the anchor resource for this team. This individual will play a critical role in defining requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of digital account opening capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams for digital account opening initiatives. • Manage and document requirements for digital account management processes from ideation to implementation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FIS Metallica solutions for digital account opening and servicing. • Partner with banking stakeholders (PNC, JP Morgan, or similar institutions) to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. • Support blockchain-based initiatives, working with platforms such as Ethereum, Coinbase, and Fireblocks where applicable. • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories. • Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of digital account solutions. • Provide thought leadership and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all digital account opening-related initiatives. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in digital banking and account management. • Hands-on experience with FIS Metallica or similar treasury/account management systems. • Prior work experience with large financial institutions such as PNC, JP Morgan, or comparable banks. • Exposure to blockchain technologies and platforms like Ethereum, Coinbase, and Fireblocks. • Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance processes in account opening. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives as an anchor resource. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in banking digital transformation projects. • Familiarity with API integrations, digital onboarding journeys, and customer lifecycle management. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
