Role description
Job Summary Our client a leading communications provider is seeking a Business Analyst - Digital Experience to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Denver, Colorado. Core Responsibilities β€’ Actively and consistently support all efforts to enhance the client experience β€’ Work with product owners and business partners to analyze requirements and recommend improvements to product processes β€’ Compile, analyze, represent, and drive analytics and accessibility requirements for digital product functionality β€’ Ensure requirements are met and work is completed on time β€’ Support development partners in capturing and reviewing new work β€’ May make recommendations for improvements to process to increase output β€’ Perform other duties as requested Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) β€’ Bachelor’s degree in a related field β€’ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting digital products or platforms β€’ Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management β€’ Proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI β€’ Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments β€’ Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts across technical and non-technical audiences β€’ Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English β€’ Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at once β€’ Ability to analyze and interpret data β€’ Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities β€’ Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) β€’ Experience in telecommunications, digital (web) or B2B customer platforms β€’ Familiarity with customer portals or self-service digital experiences β€’ Exposure to Agile environments β€’ Exposure to user research, journey mapping, and digital transformation initiatives β€’ Experience supporting enterprise or multi-location customer environments Key Competencies & Behaviors β€’ Ability to prioritize and organize effectively β€’ Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment β€’ Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner Work Environment β€’ Location: β€’ Hybrid (4 days onsite) Compensation & Benefits β€’ Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
