Business Analyst - Digital Experience

Job Summary Our client a leading communications provider is seeking a Business Analyst - Digital Experience to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Denver, Colorado. Core Responsibilities • Actively and consistently support all efforts to enhance the client experience • Work with product owners and business partners to analyze requirements and recommend improvements to product processes • Compile, analyze, represent, and drive analytics and accessibility requirements for digital product functionality • Ensure requirements are met and work is completed on time • Support development partners in capturing and reviewing new work • May make recommendations for improvements to process to increase output • Perform other duties as requested Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting digital products or platforms • Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts across technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at once • Ability to analyze and interpret data • Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel • Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) • Experience in telecommunications, digital (web) or B2B customer platforms • Familiarity with customer portals or self-service digital experiences • Exposure to Agile environments • Exposure to user research, journey mapping, and digital transformation initiatives • Experience supporting enterprise or multi-location customer environments Key Competencies & Behaviors • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner Work Environment • Location: • Hybrid (4 days onsite) Compensation & Benefits • Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
