Role description
Business Analyst – Digital Product Marketing The Business Analyst will help drive customer loyalty and improved experiences by supporting digital marketing systems, primarily on the Salesforce platform, as part of an Agile product team. Responsibilities will include: β€’ Work in an Agile Product team following Scrum processes β€’ Business and Technical Analysis β€’ Building use cases β€’ Business process mapping, workflows β€’ BRDs/FRDs/User Stories/Acceptance Criteria β€’ UAT β€’ Support release management β€’ User support β€’ Create and run reports/dashboards β€’ Prepare and deliver user training β€’ Develop communication materials Technical Skillset: Β· Salesforce experience highly valued (SFDC core products: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud) Β· Agile/Scrum Β· Jira or similar system Β· Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and systems including lead management Experience: β€’ Prior experience in a team environment and the ability to interface with all levels of management needed. β€’ Skilful questioner – can elicit information and requirements from a broad group of stakeholders. β€’ Two or more years of experience of system-oriented work in projects or production support.
