The Division of Information Technology (DoIT) provides secure, cost-effective technology services for the Department of Management and its partners. We support Iowa’s citizens through innovative IT solutions, collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years working on large, complex IT systems.
• Experience eliciting requirements, writing user stories/design documents, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of SDLC, project governance, and stakeholder management.
• Strong task and project management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft development platforms, SQL Server, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with ALM tools (TFS, VSTS, ADO, Jira, RTC).
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
