Role description
• 10+years of Business Analyst experience with 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service, Case Management, Omnichannel, and CRM processes
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning.
• Strong skills in process mapping, documentation (BPMN/UML, and user story writing
• Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience in Medicaid, healthcare, or public sector programs (SNAP, TANF, LTSS, etc.) is a plus.
• Preferred Certifications: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Business Analyst certifications (IIBA, CAP, or PMI-PBA).
