Business Analyst - Enterprise Strategy, Agile, Customer-Centric

Our Automotive client is seeking a Business Analyst! This role is onsite in Torrance, 40 hours/week, ongoing. You will support the clients Experience Design program and play a key role in driving customer-centric initiatives by creating materials, analyzing data, and supporting project execution. What You'll Do • Review dashboards and reports to develop actionable recommendations. • Translate product roadmap features into detailed user stories. • Write clear business requirements, user narratives, and acceptance criteria. • Support user journey mapping through interviews, resource gathering, and coordination. • Analyze user data and create visualizations to understand performance. • Conduct data discovery, modeling, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Uncover insights from research and data to inform strategic decisions. • Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage cross-functional dependencies. • Facilitate communication between business, DSD, and IT units. • Maintain and refine product backlog using tools like JIRA. • Prepare documentation and presentations for executive and team meetings. • Support change management efforts in collaboration with the Transformation Office. • Ensure timely delivery of projects and business objectives. • Promote Agile principles and mentor less experienced staff. • Provide leadership to ensure optimal team performance. What You'll Need • Bachelors degree in Customer Experience, Marketing, Market Research, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience. • 3-5+ years of experience in customer-centric project support or enterprise strategy development. • Strong background in Business Analysis and Agile methodologies. Nice To Haves • Versatility in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong self-management. • Experience with Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Service Design. • Proficiency in customer journey mapping tools (e.g., Figma, Mural). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA. • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. • Analytical mindset with curiosity and adaptability. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Strong organizational and coordination skills. • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working with internal staff, IT teams, and third-party vendors. • Ability to build strong relationships across business units and understand strategic imperatives.
