Position: Business Analyst
Location: United States β Remote
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements for AI/ML-driven healthcare solutions.
β’ Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
β’ Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
β’ Analyze existing healthcare processes and identify opportunities for AI/ML integration and automation.
β’ Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workflow analysis to uncover pain points and propose innovative solutions.
β’ Monitor AI/ML project progress, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives and timelines.
β’ Conduct data analysis to support insights, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
β’ Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and test cases.
β’ Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
β’ Proactively identify risks, issues, and roadblocks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications:
β’ Experience in the Healthcare domain (payer, provider, or health tech platforms).
β’ Experience with AI/ML projects, including model development lifecycle understanding, data pipelines, and stakeholder engagement.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
β’ Highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of hitting the ground running.
