Position: Business Analyst Location: United States – Remote Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements for AI/ML-driven healthcare solutions. • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. • Analyze existing healthcare processes and identify opportunities for AI/ML integration and automation. • Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workflow analysis to uncover pain points and propose innovative solutions. • Monitor AI/ML project progress, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives and timelines. • Conduct data analysis to support insights, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and test cases. • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions. • Proactively identify risks, issues, and roadblocks, and recommend mitigation strategies. Required Qualifications: • Experience in the Healthcare domain (payer, provider, or health tech platforms). • Experience with AI/ML projects, including model development lifecycle understanding, data pipelines, and stakeholder engagement. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of hitting the ground running.
