Job#: 3034706 Job Description: Business Analyst Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Role Overview Our organization is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join a team focused on technological innovation. This role will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs and deliver business value. The analyst will engage with internal and external clients to understand challenges, translate them into actionable requirements, and collaborate with delivery teams to bring data-driven solutions to life. Key Responsibilities • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Facilitate requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and design reviews to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. • Conduct business process analysis, identify gaps, and propose improvements to optimize workflows and customer experience. • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity for development teams. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to validate technical feasibility. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, coordinating execution, and documenting results. • Manage capacity and release prioritization in partnership with engineering teams. • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to guide solution recommendations. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience as a Digital Business Analyst, or 9 years of combined education and equivalent work experience. Experience: 5 years of experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management. Technical Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as ADO and Jira. Ability to use data and data analytics tools to drive decisions. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience with B2B environments. • Project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Experience in a fast-moving, agile environment with a willingness to adjust quickly. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks. Compensation & Benefits The anticipated pay range for this position is $45-$55 Please note that the final pay rate will be determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
