Responsibilities:
Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams. Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions. Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle. Solution Design & Validation Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business needs. Support testing activities by creating test cases, validating functionality, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; propose mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a primary point of contact for business units during project execution. Facilitate workshops, demos, and status meetings to ensure alignment and transparency. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Process Improvement & Mentorship Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Mentor junior Business Analysts and share best practices. Contribute to standards and templates for documentation and requirements management.
Skills Required:
6 Years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role 6 Years of strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements elicitation techniques, and documentation standards. 6 Years of proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and requirements management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). 6 Years of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 6 Years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments; familiarity with writing user stories and acceptance criteria. 6 Years of experience and knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation. 6 Years of experience and exposure to Azure DevOps for backlog management and traceability.
