Role description
Position :: Salesforce Lead (Sales Cloud & Pardot) Location :: Scottland, AZ 100% Remote Long Term Contract
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot to drive customer-centric solutions and lead Salesforce initiatives. This role requires a techno-functional leader who can translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while serving as both an architect and trusted advisor to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales process knowledge, account management experience, and technical leadership , enabling them to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot solutions.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and convert them into detailed functional and technical requirements.
Act as the primary interface between customers, business teams, and technical stakeholders.
Provide architectural guidance and ensure best practices across Salesforce implementations.
Support ongoing enhancements, integrations, and system improvements.
Drive sales process transformation including lead management, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting.
Collaborate with account management teams to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.
Oversee data quality, governance, and platform scalability.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce leadership roles .
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Proven expertise in Pardot (Marketing Automation).
Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into solution architecture.
Experience interfacing directly with clients and senior business leaders.
Solid understanding of sales operations, CRM strategy, and customer lifecycle management.
Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Pardot Consultant, or Application Architect.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms.
Background in enterprise or high-growth environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
