Business Analyst

We're a friendly and collaborative team, passionate about what we do and committed to doing it well. We're searching for a Business Analyst to join us for a 12 month fixed term contract. The objective of the role is to support the discovery, definition, and shaping of data and analytics initiatives, ensuring clear requirements and actionable outputs to enable delivery, test and benefits realisation. The business is progressing a number of data initiatives aimed at improving reporting, insight generation, and platform capability. Key focus areas include: • Decommissioning of Phocas and transition to Azure and M365, including Power BI • Review, assessment and implementation of Databricks to replace Synapse and Informatica pipelines and notebooks • Carbon reporting tool for customer use • Discovery and shaping of additional data initiatives (may include automated quotations, dynamic pricing, product enrichment) The role will focus on understanding current state, defining future needs, and translating requirements into structured outputs.
