Job Summary:
Business Analyst - Financial Crimes
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.
Responsibilities:
• Requirement gathering and analysis of Business requirements.
• Work with client organization to understand technical requirements to implement IT Solutions
• Platform Rationalization
• Response against RFP/ RFI related to Specialty Insurance Products
• Must take responsibility and ownership of components/processes within the team and mentor the team members

Minimum Qualifications
• BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech
Qualifications/ Skills
• Business Analyst who will be in financial planning.
• Hands on Experience with Xceptor tool.
• Building JIRA stories and developing requirements.
• Experience working with development teams independently.
• Ability to help lead daily stand ups for an Agile squad when required.
• Experience learning complex applications.
• BA will end up working on client facing reports, so experience with that would be a plus.
• Production Support of Insurance Apps under SLA/KPI ambit
• Strong coordination & liaising experience with Vendors, Business Owners, Infrastructure, Cloud team, etc.
• Aware about IT Tech stacks (Front End Languages, Databases, Cloud, API)
• Strong Experience in writing SQL queries
• Experience on JIRA/ Remedy tool
• Iterative / Agile / DevOps/ ITIL practices & tools
• Data Analysis & Data Migration experience
• Preparing Process Flows and Screen Mockups
• Execution of Transformation, Integration & Automation Programs/ Projects
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and Analytical reasoning ability.
