Well Lifecycle Data and Reporting Analyst

This position provides technical and data support for engineering projects and day-to-day operations of the Well Life Cycle Management team. The role spans responsibilities from foundational data management and system support to advanced reporting, analytics, and performance visualization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in oil & gas well data systems, with strong Power BI and Excel capabilities. Key Responsibilities Create jobs and perform data entry in Wellview to support daily operational activities Maintain and manage data quality in Wellview and associated work order systems Support work order system data integrity and troubleshooting Develop and maintain wellbore schematics using Microsoft Excel Assist with performance reporting and data analysis using Power BI Support engineering and operations teams through accurate data reporting and insights Identify data gaps and recommend improvements to reporting and workflows Required Skills & Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on: Power BI Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data visualization) Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint Strong data management and data entry experience Hands-on experience with: Wellview Work order management systems Ability to perform data analysis using Wellview and/or Power BI Professional Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative thinker with the ability to present data clearly and effectively Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Work Location: In person
