Job Title: Business Analyst - FinCrime (Only W2 or Selfcorp)
Location: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid)
Position Type: Contract
Job Description:
Business Knowledge of Financial crime, Transaction monitoring, Sanctions, Screening.
Expertise in Jira, Requirement gathering , effective Communication.
Minimum 7-8 years of exp.
Gather and analyze business requirements for financial crime, Transaction monitoring, Sanctions, Screening.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications , strategy design document.
Work closely with stakeholders to capture and validate decision rules and data attributes.
Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming , sprint planning and retrospectives.
Participate in data mapping and transformation activities for incoming and outgoing API payloads.
Manage JIRA stories, epics and technical tasks associated with integration deliverables.
Good understanding on credit card decisioning, consumer lending or banking domains.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work with minimal oversight on a fast-paced timeline
