Business Analyst-Fiserv DNA Specialist

Job Title: Business Analyst – Fiserv DNA (Strong Experience Required) Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong, hands-on Fiserv DNA core banking experience to support complex core banking initiatives, enhancements, and integrations. This role requires deep functional knowledge of DNA and the ability to translate business needs into precise system solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead requirements gathering and analysis specifically for Fiserv DNA modules and functionality • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for DNA configuration, workflows, and data structures • Partner with business, technical teams, and vendors to design and implement DNA solutions • Create detailed functional specs, process flows, and data mappings • Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and production releases • Ensure solutions align with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services • Extensive hands-on experience with Fiserv DNA core banking system • Strong understanding of deposits, loans, customer/account setup, and transactions within DNA • Experience with core enhancements, integrations, or conversions • Excellent communication and documentation skills Preferred: • Experience with DNA releases, patches, and upgrades • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies
