🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Analyst (2–3 Years Experience) 📍 Location: Remote 💼 Experience: 2–3 Years 🕒 Job Type: Contract 🔍 About the Role: We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting project delivery. 🧠 Key Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders • Create BRDs, FRDs, and user stories • Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams • Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and UAT • Support process mapping and gap analysis • Assist in documenting workflows and business processes • Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood 🛠 Required Skills: • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst • Strong understanding of SDLC / Agile methodologies • Experience working with stakeholders and technical teams • Ability to create documentation and reports • Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis (preferred) • Strong communication and analytical skills 🎓 Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field 🌟 Nice to Have • Experience with JIRA, Confluence • Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments • Knowledge of domain-specific applications (Finance, Healthcare, etc.)
