Role description
• • Please no third parties • • Hybrid local to Boston; MUST live in the Boston area • • must have financial experience Responsibilities: • Collaborate with team members with a positive and proactive attitude to understand business needs and explore ways to build, deliver and enhance technology solutions and operational processes • Collaborates optimally with diverse roles and teams, both in person and remote to achieve collective goals. • Partner with business and technology teams focused on implementing Accounting systems • Lead the facilitation, solicitation, and documentation of business requirements focused on Accounting solutions • Translate requirements to actionable user stories with acceptance criteria for technologists • Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing with business teams Requirements: • Proven capabilities and experience in agile methodologies specifically with soliciting requirements, writing user stories, and documenting acceptance criteria • Fund Accounting experience including knowledge in implementing accounting systems and/or data management solutions focused around Accounting data • Data analysis and solution design skills • Ability to collaborate successfully and creatively across functions to understand business priorities and provide data solutions to meet the needs • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience translating business and technical concepts or decisions with diverse audiences • Attention to detail and quality to fulfill responsibilities • Confident self-starter that can operate with minimal supervision
