Business Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and help deliver data-driven improvements that support business goals. Key Responsibilities • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and objectives • Translate business needs into clear requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases) • Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals • Work with technical teams during development, testing, and implementation • Assist in UAT planning and execution; validate solutions meet requirements • Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains • Support change management and user adoption activities Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, Excel, Visio, or similar • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred / Nice-to-Have • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) • Exposure to APIs, system integrations, or data warehousing concepts • Domain experience (banking, healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS, etc.) • CBAP, CCBA, or similar certification
