Key SkillsDomain Expertise Deep knowledge of digital domains/products/journeys Can quickly learn industry trends / domains and end-user demands from pain points Stays up to date with current trends, best practices, and new technologies Experience using analytics techniques for feature prioritization Experienced in facilitating product team ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team-level metrics (burndown chart, release burn-up, etc.), removing blockers Product / Digital Expertise Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience Foundational skills (at minimum) in: Data Engineering Cybersecurity Intelligent Automation Emerging Technology Leadership Skills and Behaviors Creates a culture that relentlessly focuses on helping the people and organizations they touch Equipped with foundational knowledge and methods to identify, engage, and build empathy with their customers, and apply these methods to daily work Demonstrates focus on Business agility, Agile delivery with a fail-fast mindset, and measurable outcomes Demonstrates ability to challenge the status quo and continuously innovate through experimentation (test & learn) Demonstrated success working in cross-functional self-organized teams Strong problem-solving skills, able to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment Serves as a collaborative and valued partner and can influence others Job Type: Contract Pay: $45.21 - $54.45 per hour Work Location: In person
