Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis to identify improvement areas, gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. A strong focus will be placed on analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making and project success. Qualifications • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in business analysis and defining business requirements • Experience in understanding and improving business processes • Effective communication skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration • Ability to create detailed documentation and provide strategic recommendations • Knowledge of digital transformation or data sciences is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field • Experience using business analysis tools and methodologies
