Job Title: Business Analyst with Guidewire PolicyCenter Location: Greenville City, SC (Onsite) Job Type: Full time/ Contract Must have : Business Analyst in the P&C insurance domain ,Guidewire PolicyCenter Job Summary: Customer is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Auto Commercial insurance domain expertise to support policy administration initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and delivery teams to define, document, and deliver requirements. Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter is a strong plus. Mandatory Skills: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the P&C insurance domain. Strong hands on experience with Auto Commercial insurance. Solid understanding of policy administration systems and workflows. Experience with Trucking / Transportation insurance products (e.g., Motor Carrier, Fleet, Liability). Experience in integration with 3rd party tools like Copart, Telematics etc., Proven experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments. Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management. Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models. Familiarity with tools such as Wiki, Azure DevOps, Visio. Preferred Skills: Experience with other Guidewire modules such as Billing Center and Claim Center. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies. Experience with database management systems and SQL. Experience supporting core system modernization or transformation programs. Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data migration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 to 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on P&C insurance. Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
