Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Insurance Risk Management department supporting product and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Analyst with London Market Insurance Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite) What's the Job? โ€ข Collaborate with global Operations teams to understand their processes, challenges, and requirements. โ€ข Document and map existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains. โ€ข Develop and document comprehensive business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals. โ€ข Work with stakeholders to document user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps, facilitating clear communication to the development team for implementation. โ€ข Coordinate testing protocols and user acceptance testing to verify that business requirements are met. What's Needed? โ€ข Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis within product or technology-focused environments. โ€ข Proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation. โ€ข Experience with London Market Insurance for at least 2 years. โ€ข Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with executive-level presentations.
