Overview
We're seeking an analytical Technical Business Analyst to join our team in either Philadelphia or Mt. Laurel, NJ. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of market intelligence, digital product strategy, and mobility innovation. You will support the commercial success of digital platforms by delivering compelling insights, supporting market strategies, and preparing client-facing documentation to guide high-impact decision-making. This role will be based in office, with December 1st, 2025, start. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. All applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
• Lead and contribute to projects involving the commercial launch of digital products or platforms, from concept definition to go-to-market execution and post-launch performance analysis.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, pricing strategy, channel development, and value proposition design to support business development efforts.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize mobility ecosystem verticals and players (e.g., tolling, EV charging, shared mobility) for commercial and technical partnership opportunities.
• Basic network understanding (Meraki, FortiGate, Aruba, etc.)
• Analyze industry trends and synthesize insights into strategic recommendations and visual presentations tailored for executive stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver executive-level documentation with a clear business narrative, strategic depth, and strong visual polish.
• Support cross-functional teams with research and insight that drives product, marketing, and partner strategies.
Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product development, or business consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in business or computer science is preferred. Other applicable degree areas would be Communications or Marketing. A Bachelors Degree is required.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling digital platforms, with ownership across multiple stages of the product lifecycle.
• Strong familiarity with digital product lifecycles and multichannel acquisition strategies.
• Exposure to transportation industry is highly desired, specifically working with mobility ecosystems such as tolling, parking, EV charging, shared mobility, or public transportation.
• Understanding of mobility-specific commercial and technical integration requirements.
• Structured and strategic thinker with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insights.
• Proactive and autonomous with a strong results-oriented and goal-driven mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with internal teams, external partners, and institutional clients.
• Advanced skills in crafting executive-level deliverables, including presentations, market research summaries, and go-to-market documentation.
• Must have strong, practical experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and dashboard reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, & Jira proficiency.
• Strong attention to logical narrative and process flow, strategic coherence to business goals, and high visual presentation quality.
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long-term consulting engagement with an estimated base compensation range of $125-140k. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
