Business Analyst

Responsibilities Kforce is working with a client in Aurora, CO who is hiring for an experienced Business Analyst to support discovery, requirements gathering and user acceptance testing for an enterprise software development project. This is an outstanding opportunity to bring your experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet to work in an agile environment. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Requirements • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) • Experience with requirements gathering and documentation techniques (e.g., user stories, use cases, process flows) • Experience with workflow/diagramming tools (e.g. Visio, Miro, Draw, Lucidchart) • Proficiency in using requirements management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Project Management tools) The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
