We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support a Project Management Office (PMO) focused on improving tools, processes, and reporting that drive successful project delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys data analysis, process improvement, and working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Support PMO initiatives by developing and improving project tools, processes, and reporting
• Analyze data to support project planning, execution, and performance tracking
• Assist with application development and automation efforts
• Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams to promote best practices and governance
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across PMO operations
• Provide analytical and administrative support for program and project activities
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong commitment to safety and professional integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in Project Management and/or Construction Management
• Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with ambiguity
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive with strong time‑management skills
