We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the People & Places (HR) organization through data-driven insights, process optimization, and strategic advisory. This role will be instrumental in supporting a global initiative, helping shape the tools, systems, and workflows used across the HR landscape.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Collaborate with People & Places (HR) leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze data and business requirements that support an enterprise-wide transformation initiative.
β’ Conduct data analysis to inform planning, prioritization, and strategic decision-making.
β’ Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to capture current and future-state business processes.
β’ Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements that guide systems development and integration.
β’ Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner using visual aids, reports, and presentations.
Basic Qualifications
β’ Proven ability to collect, organize, and analyze large HR-related datasets.
β’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
β’ Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
β’ Skilled in business process modeling and workflow mapping (e.g., using Visio or similar tools).
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and understanding of HR data structures.
β’ Familiarity with software development lifecycles and ability to partner with technical teams.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across business and technical teams.
β’ Demonstrated experience identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-informed solutions.
β’ Strategic thinking in the development and presentation of analyses to drive business decisions.
