Business Analyst HR Data Analytics

About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst, Associate to support HR data analytics, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives for a leading utility provider. This role is hybrid, requiring monthly on-site meetings at the Oakland General Office. A company-issued laptop will be provided; additional equipment must be supplied by the candidate. Key Responsibilities Support governance requirements for records and case management. Develop and maintain catalog of data fields and reporting/dashboard inventory. Pull and analyze data to generate standard reports and present findings. Track existing metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements. Review and update knowledge articles to completion. Support team operational needs and assist on project teams. Communicate with peers and stakeholders to exchange data and insights. What We’re Looking For Top Skills & Experience Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills. HR data analytics experience. Background in case management or customer service. Experience in process improvement and streamlining workflows. Desired Knowledge & Abilities Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments under time constraints. Adaptability to changing business needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Project, Visio a plus. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
