This role serves as the critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating high-level needs into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions. Candidates should demonstrate strong business acumen, technical fluency, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams to define Salesforce FSC solutions • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and user stories • Create business systems requirements documents and analyze complex datasets • Partner with stakeholders to define product vision and manage product backlog • Support software development teams with clarifications, planning, and prioritization • Ensure solutions align with strategic business goals and industry best practices • Coordinate across departments to gather, interpret, and communicate requirements Required Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science • 8+ years of business and data analysis experience supporting software development • Experience working across multiple production systems and data platforms • 2-3 years of Salesforce FSC implementation and integration experience • Exceptional communication, planning, and coordination skills • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Nice-to-Have Experience: • Background in the financial services or insurance industry • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner • Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs • Collaborating with development teams to deliver high-impact business solutions Required Skills: • Salesforce FSC (Financial Services Cloud) • Business systems analysis • Data analysis and documentation Preferred Skills: • Salesforce Product Ownership • Insurance or financial services experience • Agile development methodologies • Cross-functional collaboration Additional Skills: • Detail orientation and strong organizational skills • Ability to connect high-level vision to process-level detail • Confidence in leading discussions with stakeholders • Strong interpersonal and planning abilities Benefits: • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans • 401k Retirement Fund About the Client: Leading financial services company offering life insurance, disability income insurance, long-term care insurance, retirement planning, and annuities.
