Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with deep experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and a background in the financial services or insurance sector. This role serves as the critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating high-level needs into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions. Candidates should demonstrate strong business acumen, technical fluency, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
β’ Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams to define Salesforce FSC solutions
β’ Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and user stories
β’ Create business systems requirements documents and analyze complex datasets
β’ Partner with stakeholders to define product vision and manage product backlog
β’ Support software development teams with clarifications, planning, and prioritization
β’ Ensure solutions align with strategic business goals and industry best practices
β’ Coordinate across departments to gather, interpret, and communicate requirements
Required Experience:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science
β’ 8+ years of business and data analysis experience supporting software development
β’ Experience working across multiple production systems and data platforms
β’ 2-3 years of Salesforce FSC implementation and integration experience
β’ Exceptional communication, planning, and coordination skills
β’ Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Nice-to-Have Experience:
β’ Background in the financial services or insurance industry
β’ 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner
β’ Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs
β’ Collaborating with development teams to deliver high-impact business solutions
