Business Analyst - Hybrid

Business Analyst | £400 - £600 We're working with a fast-paced, global scale-up driving massive digital transformation on this exciting opportunity. This is a high-impact, 6-month interim contract for a Finance Business Analyst to lead an ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and drive finance automation. You will sit at the intersection of Finance and Technology, turning manual workflows into streamlined, data-driven processes for a global leader. The Role • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across global finance functions. • Facilitate high-stakes workshops with senior stakeholders to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business outcomes. • Architect 'To-Be' process maps using advanced visualization tools to eliminate manual bottlenecks and drive automation. • Manage the full lifecycle of functional specifications and User Stories within Azure DevOps to ensure developer alignment. • Direct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation to ensure the ERP solution is fit for purpose and audit-ready. What You'll Need • Extensive experience as a Finance Business Analyst specifically within Finance Transformation or ERP implementation programs. • Deep technical knowledge of core finance processes including GL, AP, AR, and complex financial reporting. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (highly desirable) and Azure DevOps. • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and complex process mapping/documentation skills. • Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, global environment with immediate impact.
