Business Analyst | £41,000 - £42,000
We're working with a mission-driven social enterprise and property technology innovator on this exciting opportunity. You will lead on end-to-end business solutions within a massive change portfolio, driving a full-scale digital transformation from service design through to final delivery.
This is a chance to supercharge your career by owning the business outcomes of complex technology programmes. You will be the bridge between internal stakeholders and technical teams, using tools like Power BI to turn requirements into high-impact functional specifications.
The Role
• Lead the end-to-end business analysis for a large-scale digital transformation and change portfolio.
• Drive enterprise-wide business goals through robust requirement elicitation, validation, and documentation.
• Translate complex business needs into functional and technical specifications for internal and external engineering stakeholders.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure solution alignment with business requirements.
• Design and document improved business processes and produce high-quality project artefacts.
What You'll Need
• Significant commercial experience working independently as a Business Analyst within complex environments.
• Proven expertise in Business Process Mapping, User Stories, and analysis techniques including SWOT, PESTLE, and MoSCoW.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement and managing the translation of requirements to technical teams.
• Certification in Business Analysis (BCS Foundation or evidence of working towards a BCS/ISEB Diploma).
• Knowledge of modern methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Power Platform/Power BI (highly desirable).
