Key Responsibilities For Entry-Level Candidates (Recent Graduates & Early-Career Professionals) β€’ Learn to analyze business processes and document project requirements for financial and supply chain system implementations. β€’ Assist in system configurations, testing, and optimization under the guidance of experienced consultants. β€’ Work alongside project managers, developers, and customers to implement solutions. β€’ Gain experience in data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation. β€’ Stay up-to-date with enterprise technology trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. β€’ Participate in user training and provide ongoing support for system users. For Experienced Professionals (2+ Years of Experience) β€’ Lead business process analysis sessions, documenting current and future state requirements. β€’ Configure and optimize enterprise financial and supply chain platforms (e.g., ERP, Source-to-Pay, Procurement, P2P, Expense Management). β€’ Provide technical guidance on best practices for implementing business software solutions. β€’ Support system integrations and collaborate with development teams on solution design. β€’ Analyze, test, and optimize system configurations, ensuring business needs are met. β€’ Guide and mentor junior analysts as they develop hands-on expertise. β€’ Stay certified and informed on the latest financial system innovations (Coupa, SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.). Additional Responsibilities β€’ Gather, interpret, and analyze business data. β€’ Configure and test cloud-based enterprise software. β€’ Develop process documentation, system specs, and business workflows. β€’ Conduct stakeholder interviews and present findings. β€’ Identify and implement business process improvements. β€’ Support technology-driven financial and supply chain transformations. Qualifications For Recent Graduates & Early-Career Professionals β€’ Bachelor’s degree preferred (Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field). β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. β€’ Excellent communication and documentation skills. β€’ Interest in ERP, procurement, supply chain, and financial systems. β€’ Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Experience with data analysis, process optimization, or business operations is a plus. For Candidates with 2+ Years of Experience β€’ Hands-on configuration experience with business financial, ERP, procurement, or supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, JD Edwards, Ariba, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Infor/Lawson, Coupa). β€’ Experience with enterprise system implementations, customizations, or integrations. β€’ Understanding of procurement, sourcing, finance, or accounting (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, contracts, reporting, journal entries, accounts payable, expense reporting, asset management). β€’ Familiarity with agile/scrum/Kanban methodologies. β€’ Strong technical and functional consulting experience with at least one major enterprise system.
