Job Title: Business Analyst -I
Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract (W2)
Pay rate: $25-31/hr. on W2
Work Schedule: MondayβFriday | 7:30 AM β 4:15 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite Monday & Tuesday)
Duration: Long-term contract
Job Summary
β’ We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst I to support business operations through data analysis, reporting, process documentation, and system updates. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience working with data, and the ability to support operational and reporting activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Gather, compile, and analyze data from databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
β’ Maintain and update records, tracking logs, and operational files
β’ Execute Excel macros to process transactions and operational updates
β’ Perform system updates, status changes, and maintenance plan deactivations
β’ Support SAP data cleanup and data quality initiatives
β’ Process user access requests and role mapping activities
β’ Prepare, review, and distribute operational and labor reports
β’ Create, update, and maintain work instructions and job aids
β’ Maintain account records and ensure data accuracy across systems
β’ Support process improvement and business operations initiatives
Required Qualifications
β’ Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field
β’ 0β3 years of business analysis, data analysis, reporting, or operational support experience
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Ability to gather, organize, and analyze data effectively
β’ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
