| Business Analyst | Global QSR Brand | London | Contract | Outside IR35 I 7 Month Duration
One of the world's most recognisable food and beverage brands is transforming how it uses data and technology across global markets and needs a team of experienced Business Analysts to make it happen.
This is a Wave 1 critical hire. You will join a strategy and technology delivery team working alongside Programme Managers, Senior engineers and Project Managers
📋 What You Will Be Doing
• Engaging with stakeholders across the business to gather, challenge, and define requirements, uncovering the real business problems that need solving

• Supporting the definition of benefits cases and ROI models alongside delivery partners
• Liaising directly with digital, engineering, and technology delivery teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle
• Supporting UAT, change management, and early life support as solutions go live
✅ What We Are Looking For
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience ideally within retail, food service, or multi-site operational environments
• Strong BPMN 2.0 capability, with proven experience creating detailed process diagrams that work for both technical and business audiences
• Experience across the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through to business change management
• Multi-site, multi-country requirements experience with an understanding of enterprise planning systems across operations, finance, HR, or food service
• Experience with data modelling concepts and an understanding of how data flows through systems and platforms
• Proficient in Confluence, Jira, Miro, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, able to influence at all levels including franchise partners and third-party suppliers
• Comfortable working independently at pace in a fast-moving programme environment
🌟 Nice to Have
• QSR, food and beverage, or hospitality domain experience
• Experience on data platform or ERP transformation programmes
• Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or Fivetran environments
• Background in process improvement or operational efficiency programmes
