Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be an employee of Amazon. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in a role that bridges technology and business strategy. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of systems analysis, user experience, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for evaluating business systems, understanding user requirements, and translating them into actionable technical solutions. The role requires someone who can think critically about how technology systems align with broader organizational goals while maintaining a hands-on approach to implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical solutions effectively address business needs, requiring both analytical rigor and creative problem-solving. This position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to system design and workflow optimization. Responsibilities: Review, analyze, and evaluate existing business systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities Gather and document detailed user needs and requirements through stakeholder interviews and analysis Write comprehensive descriptions of program functions and development steps for computer program modifications Manage and prioritize product backlogs and customer support tickets Design and build dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators Optimize and create workflows using Monday.com to improve team efficiency Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Program Managers to forecast project needs and expected outcomes Assist in establishing and organizing a wiki platform for knowledge management Lead and direct the work of team members on specific projects as needed Apply relational database and client-server concepts to system design recommendations Formulate system solutions that align with and support overall business strategies Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to identify root causes and articulate solutions clearly Understanding of project management fundamentals and ability to see projects through from initiation to completion Experience with relational database concepts and client-server architectures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise creative judgment Collaborative mindset with willingness to accept feedback and contribute innovative ideas Capability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members when required Previous Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business analysis and workflow optimization Startup environment experience strongly preferred Hands-on experience with project management processes Proficiency with Asana, Jira, and Monday.com Experience with Confluence and wiki platforms is a plus Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Additional Details: Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 3 Months Pay Range β€’ : $40 - $45 per hour Weekly Schedule: 40 hours Job Status: Non-Exempt Application Deadline: 11/18/2025 This role is eligible for the following benefits: Medical, dental & vision Hospital plans 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available Life Insurance (Company paid Basic Life and AD&D as well as voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) Company paid short and long-term disability Health & Dependent Care Spending Accounts (HSA & DCFSA) Employee Assistance Program Time Off/Leave(PTO, Allegis Group Paid Family Leave, Parental Leave Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
