JOB TITLE: Business Analyst II LOCATION: Onsite in Atlanta, GA DURATION: 12 months PAY RANGE: $25-35/hour TOP 3 SKILLS: Data Query and Data Pull Deep Dive Dashboard Analysis Job Description: As a Business Analyst for ATS, the candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable reporting platforms, defining and tracking reliable metrics, and building self-service analysis tools to support the rapidly growing demand for data, which will have an immediate influence on business decision making. Responsibilities Include: Gathering and analyzing data across business functions to establish a relationship between multiple data sources Provide data insights to uncover the product improvement opportunities. Develops scripts to process data to support business analysis, reporting, and optimization efforts. Generates composite queries to dive deep on business-related issues. Surrounding Team and Key Projects: The BA enables the team to generate metrics and develop dashboards Compliance Reporting, False Negative Reporting, and other reports for tracking critical metrics for the team. The presence of the BA is critical to scale through peak and ensure we are meeting the key deliverable for the team and the org. Requirements: Efficient in writing SQL queries and developing automation scripts Has extensive knowledge of developing dashboards on Tableau and BI tools. Exhibits advanced Excel skills.
