Business Analyst II (Salesforce)

Please Note: • • No Third-Party or C2C Firms • • • Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship • We are searching for a Business Analyst II (Salesforce) on behalf of our client. This is a 6-month contract assignment.(W-2) The ideal candidate must have expertise in Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on integrations across platforms such as SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and other enterprise systems. Location: Miami FL • 6-month contract assignment.(W-2) Responsibilities • You will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into technical specifications while ensuring seamless data flow and system connectivity across the enterprise. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce solutions. • Analyze and optimize existing business processes, aligning them with Salesforce capabilities. • Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user story development. • Partner with technical and QA teams to design and test Salesforce functionality end to end with SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and related platforms. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems. • Support system testing, UAT, and deployment activities. • Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring requirements are met within project timelines. • Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Requirements • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Will use standardized tools and techniques. • 3 to 5 years related experience We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
